Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Once your package is handed over to the courier, a dispatch email with tracking details will be generated.
After completing your order payment and submitting your delivery address on the confirmation page, your order moves to fulfillment. You will receive email tracking updates at your registered contact address as your shipment moves through transit.
For international shipments outside of the EU, packages may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or carrier handling fees dictated by your country's customs border agency. These additional costs are the buyer's responsibility.
